It's been a while, life has changed, but we're all still here (mostly), so let's do this...

Here is the process again...The 2021 E38 Calendar is being designed and will be shipped out by Dec 23, 2020 (I hope). The calendar will be full gloss 8.5" x 11".

I'm trying to keep costs low for everyone, I just need to cover my costs. I need a minimum order of 25 to go into production. Cost will be $16 each (US address) and $18 each (international). Shipping is included in the price. This is the same I charged in 2016, so I'm guessing costs did not go up much. I usually end up with enough leftover cash to take the Mrs. out to dinner, in case you're wondering if I profit from this.

How to get your car submitted for the calendar: Email full resolution photos (max of 3 photos per car) to e38calendar2021@outlook.com

BREAKING NEWS: The deadline to send photos for calendar consideration will be Dec 15, 2020 (Extended)!!

BREAKING NEWS: Instead of me selecting the best cars and photos for the calendar, member tylamb19 will set up a voting site and all will be able to select your favorite photos. Democracy at work. I'll still reserve some artistic leeway, in case a selected photo has technical issues, isn't focused properly, etc. As always, it has to be in great taste, we're all adults here. A hot photo is not s bad thing, but be careful how much you turn up the heat. The final calendar will not be revealed until shipping of the actual calendars. It's Christmas and we all like surprises. I think last time I revealed the cover selection, but that was all. One spread will be a collage of the cars that did not make a full page month, but we are all friends here and each of our cars is special to us, so I will make every effort to get every car on the calendar (unless its on cinder blocks). Cell phones have great cameras now so you can send those too. Photo quality, composition, car quality and dramatic lighting should be the primary consideration. ALSO, if you are submitting photos for consideration, let me know what month you'd like to be on if you get selected. Obviously I may not be able to fulfill all requests, but at least I'll have an idea. If your car is pictured in the snow, I think you can agree I won't place it in July.

HOW TO ORDER: PayPal only. Please pay (use family and friends) to PayPal account kouks1@msn.com. VERY IMPORTANT: In the notes sections of the payment, please leave your complete address AND your BF.com screen name. You may order as many as you like. I will target a ship date of Dec 15, based on production schedules, so you should have the calendars around Christmas.

PLEASE POST HERE after you submitted an order so I can confirm with both PayPal and here and not lose anyone in the mix. In 2016 I had 52 orders and a few names did not match, forcing me to do process of elimination, which I don't want to do again. I can ship international, but have no control over delivery time. International please pay $18 per calendar.

I will update this post with the orders and numbers, please check often. If we can't make the minimum order, everyone will obviously get a full refund. I did this in 2015, 16 and 17 and we had plenty of orders to make it work.

Everyone has a friend who loves photography, tell them to shoot the car and send it in. Even if it doesn't make monthly spread, it will be in the collage.

Good question. I am not on FB, but I am sure others are... so, spread the word.

This thread has had over 800 views, seems reasonable that there should be interest, and the price is right. I am in no hurry to get a calendar, I just think it would be neat to have one of other E38s. Push out deadlines if necessary...

Well, I can talk to the print shop, they are local and the graffic designer does other things for me too so I'm sure he can do a run for less than 25 calendars, hopefully he can keep the price down too. I can send out the calendars between Christmas and New Years if needed. It was good to get them before Christmas just to have something to open up and see if your car made a month.

I extended the photo submission deadline to Dec 15.

Order deadline is Dec 20.

I'll get the calendars sent out ASAP after the 20th, no matter how many orders we get.
