e36 Toeing in & out or swaying with bumps in road HELP!

Almost doesn't matter the speed at all. Usually as I go over a bump it feels like I'm driving on a cement road full of rocks...
The car has a "wheel hop" feeling & skips at worst & at best I can feel the rear of the car "steering" & the settling
My subframe bushings appear to be good could it be the diff bushings?

My e36 has AKG Delrin RTABS & I can hear when those bind as it makes a distinctive sound It's not those
I also have DriftHQ toe arms which are brand new & my bolts are tight/snug (I checked)

I recently swapped out my subframe as my old one had a bolt seized in it & the problem began after the subframe swap.

Sure my common since says subframe bushings, but I highly doubt that's the issue as the car only really pulls to the right if anything...
It feels about the same as when my RTABS were bad. I'd say 30% of what those felt like at their worst & they were metal to metal clanking when I got the car.

Get an alignment make sure the shop understands how to do rear toe.
Attn. NEWBIES: Use the search feature, 98% has already been discussed.
Click the search button, select "search single content type", select the "e36 sub forum" specifically, try the "search titles" then try the "search entire posts".

You report, "my car worked until I fixed it, now it doesn't work." I think you need to get under the car and check your work.

JdHaggle-Land I need an educated opinion on the source so I don’t replace more than I need to.
I gave detail on what was fixed & made sure to note the I rechecked all my bolts that were touched (indirectly) sure an idiot can change the subframe but most wouldn’t attempt.
You’re the reason people don’t like forums.
& I never said the car “worked” until I fixed it you trying to be a smartass told you I said that.
I said a bolt was seized in the last subframe, BUUUUUT I’ll let you assume & not explain how I knew it was (seized/crossthreaded) or why I was “fixing” it in the first place since you like jumping to conclusions.

Eric I’ll try that first I know these bmws are iffy... I had a bad rear tire (had a nail in it) & it made the steering wheel not straight. Any other car would’ve drove straight
