Looking for space/help in Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor, MI area

Hello all,

Sorry if this post is in the wrong section of the Forums, I figured it would be seen by many if I posted it here.

I'm currently living in Ypsilanti, MI and unfortunately live in an apartment where I am not allowed to work on my car in the parking lot. I just wanted to reach out to this community to see if there are potentially any fellow enthusiasts who would be willing to let me use their space to do some repairs on my E39 540i. I can compensate if desired! For most things I've been using a DIY mechanic space about 35 minutes away, but I have some work I need to do on my cooling system and that is very difficult to do once my car is hot from the length of that drive.

Any suggestions or offers of help are welcome! Just looking for either space to wrench on my car or ideas of how I could pull this repair off given my situation.
