Going to look at an e36 that's 100 miles away. Owner says its lowered an inch, but it looks like its lowered 2 inches from what I seen of other car pics. Is there a definitive way I can tell how far its dropped? Some measurement from the center of wheel to line on the car?
Z's are for old men too afraid to drive fast anyway.
Do you have a Bentley Manual?

I Do not.
But thank you. How would I know if it was dropped an inch from sport suspension or stock without a vin# to search? Any identifiable parts to distinguish between sport and non?

From E36 Bentley, an "is" (I believe) has Sport Suspension, as does the 'M' Technic.
No way 15”, 16” wheels fit over M3 front brakes.
