Noisy top, can't find part for driver's side rear window seal

Hi all!

My '98 m3 vert has a noisy driver's side rear. I've observed both sides of the car and have narrowed down the problem to what seems like a rotted window seal that is on my rear window and becomes flush with the front window. However, I've searched all over RealOEM, etc for the right replacement part and can't seem to find it (along with possible replacement instructions). Anyone have an idea of where I can find this part?

I just replaced it on my car. You need to remove the rear seat and side panel. It's not difficult.
