2007 335i white smoke from exhaust

Hey guys I recently got a 2007 335i wih 208,000KM. An issue I’m having is when I start it white puff of smoke come out and it smells like oil. Few people I have showed have said it’s the turbo seals. Question I’m having Is should I replace turbos? I have a wrecker that will give me both used turbos for $400, and there off an 08 335i. Is it better if I replace turbo or can I do a cheap fix and replace turbo seals. Any info would be helpful!

Could also be the valve stem seals. Does the smoke happen when accelerating from a few minutes' idle? Are you having turbo performance problems?

No smoke when accelerating. But if I come to a stop it does puffs of smoke and it reaks like oil. Turbo works fine. Valve cover has minor leak As well.

Also I just checked my coolant and the levels are steady and no sign of oil in there.
