Note I do have an E36 M3 and E46 M3 in the garage but my kill car is a Stage 3 Audi RS3. Won't post my many stories b/c they do include looking at the front of many M3/4, M5/6 but I still have a BMW heart. I just stored all 3 of them today for the winter.

i raced an rs3 greymarket in 2004 on a la freeway he gave up and i passed him, my 1979 323 was bored stroked to 2.8 had a taller 5th gear.70 installed shrick 288, look up the power to weight specs roughly the same, had carbon fiber racing seats no cat etc at the time i didnt even know what an rs3 was , we were hauling ass dont want to say how fast, but i pulled a nascar riding his bumper till it was clear to go around, this same 323 outran a turbo supra, and the same owners mazda sequential turbo cars , i also was running nitrous 80 shot , but no nitrous against the audi, and no nitrous against the supra or mazda

speedometer was pegged and going back up, stock the 323 can go 123mph

considering ive hit 100 coming onto a fwy on ramp , im guessing about 145, easy , especially since i was drafting for 1/8 mile
