The seat is manual and came from 1997 E36 M3. The frame is sound and all mechanisms seems to work. The gas spring will have to be replaced, as it seems expired. The bottom seat cushion has been re-upholstered in vinyl, I'd say not very competently, but the cushion inside seems intact. The backrest cushion is slightly worn out, but repairable. Two backrest cushion covers included - the original leather one (needs two panels to be replaced) and one brand new aftermarket leather cover, which may not fit very well. No headrest available and the backrest shell is slightly damaged (that's how I found it). If you decide to re-use the seat occupancy sensor, please note you are doing this on your own risk - this part is strongly recommended to not be reused and be replaced. Local pick up in the SF Bay Area strongly preferred. $200 for everyting OBO.
