FS M62tu vanos with BeisanSystem o-rings

Rebuilt Vanos for M62tu engines available. These are rebuilt using the Beisan Systems O-rings and press tool.
They fit the following V8 engines. E38 740i, E39 540i, E53 X5 4.4liter
Also included are 8 o-rings for the following.
4 spacer o-rings, p/n 61311459030. These go on the metal spacers that hold the plastic top cover on the top of the valve covers.
2 secondary air pipe o-rings, p/n 07119901511.
2 chain tensioner o-rings, p/n 07119901511, these go under the tensioner that bolts to the top front of the heads that provide tension to the small chain that that goes between the vanos and exhaust sprocket.

I'm not charging ridiculous prices ($500+) like some other site does.
In most cases I can ship the next day or if you want your vanos repaired you can ship them to me, I will rebuild them and pay shipping back to you.
The price for both vanos rebuilds is $325 plus a core charge of $100 for both vanos which is refundable upon return of your old vanos.
You can avoid the $100 core charge by shipping your vanos to me first, then send me the tracking number. I’ll send you a rebuilt set the next day.

If your in the continental US I’ll pay the postage to ship them to you via Priority mail, you pay to send back your old vanos. A return shipping label is included.
When you are replacing your chain guides rebuilt vanos are highly recommended.

If your 540tu engine was build before 9/99 your distribution unit doesn't have a teflon coating on it which will cause the cam rings to ware away the ID of the distribution unit.
BMW started coating them in 9/99. I have a used set and a new in box set also for sale.

UPDATE, both sets of the distribution units have been sold.
