2006 325CI DSC & Brake light

I parked the car two weeks ago and went out for a ride today. Also back in the summer I replaced all the brake pads and rotors. Today after the ride I noticed the DSC and brake light on, but the car still seems to drive fine. Should I start with the brake sensors?

Check for faults

Don't start with anything until you have the fault codes read.

Started it up today and no warning lights.

Scanned it and it's not showing any faults. And the light are still out.

What are you using to scan for faults? A generic OBD code reader is not capable of reading DSC fault codes.
