Car won't start after bootmod3 flash

So earlier today I purchased bootmod3 for my f30, eager to flash a stage one tune. I get everything set up in my car, seatbelt on and enet cable plugged in. I flash my car and everything seems to be going smooth until the very end. I received a big DME coding message that said, "flash was successful but coding failed to apply, Try the flash full and unlock diag only option to recover or the recode diag only option"

I thought it was no big deal, turned the car off for about 20 seconds and attempted to start it, and nothing happened. Somewhat worried, I tried both of the coding options the message recommended to no avail. I contacted their support and thought I might as well post something here if something similar has happened to any of you.
