Wiper/ Washer fluid Pump Issues

Replaced wiper motor was working fine then it was working intermittently, sometimes on and off, now nothing at all. Both wipers and washer pump not working. Fuses relays are good. I swapped out relay with new one and still nothing. I can hear relays clicking when I activate stalk but not getting any fluid from the pump or wipers working at all. Any help would be appreciated!

If this is an e 90 body car I would look for faults in maybe the frm footwell module
