Question Codes that come up after clearing it

This is my first post on here and its about a car that i'm having trouble finding Information on some of the codes. I recently found a nice deal on craigslist for this 2010 550i GT I just purchased to resell and I am trying to do some repairs on it but I cant figure out what some of the codes mean and what their most probable causes are. The car only has 75,000 miles on it. I recently bought new air bags for its suspension.

I replaced the battery when I first bought the car. I drove it about 209.0 miles. I recently left the car sitting for a week straight and i had to use a starter to start it but after running it for an hour the battery has been working like new again.

When you cleared the codes did they code immediately before even starting the car? Also did the code status read permanently. Check all the plug connectors on the DME as well as your ground check points. Also I do not know what price you paid but if I was you I would sell that car as soon as possible and i speak from experience. Take Care and God Bless.

You can scan any bmw at any time and there are probably faults somewhere, these cars are super complicated
