It's odd that the residue from that seepage has that brown color to it. Typically dried up coolant in the m60 has a white/green powdery look to it.
Hose developed micro tears inside where clamp edges are. Tune to replace. That is coolant residue
I put a UV dye in it not too long ago to check for leaks, so that may be it!
Coolant system is a closed system.. It is leaking. Fix it now or cry later. Additionally if you don't know the age of the coolant system then it's time to replace everything.. Water pump rad thermostat hoses... You have Been warned. Good luck
The brown residue is just from corrosion of the clamp, the hose degrading, and coolant leakage. I’d recommend replacing all the rubber coolant hoses if they’re old.
