Front Control Arm Rubber Bushings

I am about to replace the front control arm Ball Joints & Rubber Bushings on a '99 E36 M3, I've heard that the wheels have to be on the Ground within 1/2 hour of installing the bushings onto the control arms; is this correct?

I have always moved pretty quickly to get the wheels on the ground soon after using dish soap to aid installation of the FLCAB/lollipop on the FLCAs, prior to the soap drying.
