2006 750li Runs really ruff on start up

After the car sits for 6 or more hrs I go start it up and it shakes bad. If i accelerate it clears up faster. I have tried everything I can think of.
The car runs awesome after those few seconds. I have sprayed down the intake with carb cleaner looking for vacuum leaks. Fuel pressure
is 58 PSI when running.

Here is what I've tried

pcv valve
clean vanos
fuel filter
spark plugs
new r side catalytic
both r side o2 sensors
mass air sensor

Not sure on BMW but do they have a 2 second fuel pump run relay with key on.
I cycled the key on and off and the pressure stays at zero,I crank I get the 58

Since then I put on rebuilt injectors, intake pressure sensor,
with no improvement

Any codes?, maybe a bad coil that misfire but that often set fault codes.
Before starting it when cold, press display and check that engine temperature sensor shows about the same as outside sensor.(cold start enrichment is calculated from temp sensor value)

Intake manifold gaskets could be shot. Try replacing the gaskets & Throttle body gasket too
