looking for A 1981 320i front left "ATE" brake caliper

i cannot find this part anywhere! every single website is out of stock, forever! lol its for my step dad, he knows nothing about internet searching so this is me putting my feelers out in hopes that someone out there has an option or idea, maybe a phone number thats not listed that would be the saving grace of this holy grail search. from what i understand that its specifically an ATE not a girling

Check Ireland engineering. I believe have rebuilt ones but you have to provide your core.

Rebuilt front brake caliper for E21’s. Note: This listing is for a rebuild service, as such, the customer MUST supply caliper cores for rebuild service.

Apparently you send yours to them for rebuild and your same caliper comes back to you.

They actually have rebuilt ones in stock, they just exchange. They are local to me and I just picked up the rebuilt ones and dropped off the cores when I was finished.

If Ireland doesn't work out, visit your local O'reilly auto. Some of them can send them out to be rebuilt.

ATe Calipers are available, I got a pair as well, its the Girling passenger side one that no one has... I have one and its rebuilt a new. Driver side is available.
