scratches on bumper and mags

Hi,
the lease of my 330i 2018 ends in Feb 2021.
I am starting to look for another car and it could be another brand, in which case I have to make few little reapair. Sure if I was taking a new one no one will not even look at this (as it was after previous lease)...
I have couple of scratches on bumper and the mug has some things too (see pics).

So few questions...

How much BMW may charge me for things you see on pics? I don't have any wear protection.

The scratch on bumber is an inch (I guess it's permited).
Probably for the mag they will ask some good amount .

I guess the mag and bumper scratch could be repaired in some body shop.
Could the mag be fixed with the tire on it? May be it will not be concidered as damage at all? Don't think so, but what is basically permited to have mag wise... Sure the car was used 3 years and could not be in day one condition.

There are mobile wheel repair services that come to your location, remove the tire/wheel and repair the alloy without removing the tire. I’m sure they’re not cheap. As for the bumper, how deep is the scratch? Can you see primer or even bumper material at the bottom of the scratch? If you can you’ll have to spend anywhere from $300 to $600 to properly fix the scratch as the entire bump will have to be painted. At least that’s my experience.
