WTB 3.5" MAF for '99 E36 M3

I'm doing the M50 manifold swap and I'd like to do the 3.5" MAF/HFM at the same time. Looks like plenty of options new from the various vendors, I thought I'd check if I can save a few bucks finding one from a member here.

I looked at Turner Motorsport and their 3.5" HFM is backordered until forever, not sure what's up with that.

“809”, “803”, 540, Euro?
You will need a ‘tune’ and not all tunes use the same 3.5” MAF.
