Need some new coilovers for my 99' M3 vert

My rear shocks on my 99 E36 M3 are completely toast so naturally I've decided to completely refresh the whole suspension. This vehicle is my daily and the roads around my area are pretty bumpy. I do not intend to track this vehicle so I wouldn't need a really good track suspension, just street use. So far, I've been looking at KW V1's and Koni/H&R springs. I don't want to break the bank but I'm also open to suggestions on what direction you all think I should go in. My budget is around 1000-1200. I'm leaning towards KW's but I would love to hear what you guys think about that or any other suspension I should go with.

With coilovers, you sacrifice some comfort, but get the looks. If your roads aren't ideal, I would suggest a traditional spring and shock combo. Whatever you get, make sure it is made for convertible since rear half of the car is heavier than a normal coupe or sedan would be. H&R has a great reputation and they offer Sport and OE lines that differ in lowering and spring rates, though for a vert, that choice may not be there. H&R OE lowers the car very little, Sport line is a bit more aggressive.

So I think one could use a set of Coupe/Sedan (conventional) springs/shocks/struts on a convertible and make up excess drop (due to additional weight) with optional rear spring pads.
