    Is my head done?

    Hi just stripped my m20 head down today and noticed the rocker shaft damaged (from before my time)the rockers themselves were very hard to get off the shaft and scored..at this point I thought ok worse case il buy new rocker an shafts..when I took out the camshaft the bearings were scored an the head also has marks on it..what’s the thoughts is it all for the bin.. no pictures yet sorry
