Does a Dealer Lead Sharing Group Exist?

Hey guys, new to the community. Long time reader, though. I work for 2 different dealers of used vehicles and I am always asked to look for certain vehicles that a client is looking for that we cannot provide.

Along the lines of new vehicles, we're always looking for new fleet connections, but usually used vehicles.

I am wondering if there is some sort of group chat that shares leads among car dealers (thats reputable at the least). Like if a customer wants a 2018 BMW X7 for example and we do not have it in our inventory or we cannot find it via Manheim or other avenues. We can post in group chat "looking for 2018 BMW X7" with whatever additional preferences of client such as color/mileage. And say another car dealer has it, we can purchase it from them to sell to our client.

I'm almost certain theres got to be something like that, if not something definitely should be created because we are already working with some dealers in our local area (NYC). They are always asking us as well, so it seems to be a common problem.
