This 1973 BMW 3.0 CS has been in Southern California its entire life, being orignally purchased at Zipper BMW in Beverly Hills. Finished in Polaris Silver over a navy blue leather interior and was optioned with a factory sunroof and air conditioning. The car has its numbers-matching 3.0-liter M30 inline-six and a Getrag 265 5-speed manual gearbox was added along with a upgraded AC compressor and 38mm EMPI carburetors. The car had a complete windows out repaint in the mid 1990’s which still looks amazing. At that time the Getrag transmission swap was done. The interior is mostly original although the front seats have been recovered, the dashboard refurbished and new walnut wood trim installed. There is a aftermarket Alpine bluetooth enabled radio which was also installed.
In June 2019, the car earned 1st place in its class at the Huntington Beach Concours d’Elegance. This E9 is now offered with lots of paperwork including the factory manuals, service records back to the 1970s, and a clean California title.

The car is being auctioned at www.Garagedreamauctions.com

We also have 2-99 Dinan M3's and a E26 M1 for sale on the site. Sean photo of car.jpg
