2008 535i blown steering wheel airbag

I am considering picking up a 2008 535i with a blown steering wheel airbag. What do I do to bring it back to drivable? Car will not turnover but lights on cluster turn on?

I am a thinking airbag, ibs sensor, airbag module.

Do I need to replace the crash sensor and do some coding? What software to erase code? INPA? Any input is appreciated.

That's not a scan.
If airbag was actually triggered rather than an accidentally discharged, check/replace the BST and reset ACM to allow LPFP to be powered.
