M50b25NV stock compression - Advice needed!

    Greeting FI group!
I am sure my questions have been answered before, but I would appreciate to get advice for the setup and power numbers I am thinking of.So I have a 4door m50 powered e30 as my loner and daily car. It's pretty nimble but horses are never enough. However would not like a blown motor on my loner.
    So m50b25NV 10.0:1 - goal: 300whp - 350bhp
Head resurface new stock Hg and probably studs.
    Small turbo 3076r or even a td04e??
Injectors and pump upgrade? What would you suggest
What about management? Is it possible to tune the 402 dme and get such numbers?
    European 100 octane possible
Also would my drivetrain need any upgrades?
Currently on a new LUK clutch set on gertag 250 paired to an 168 lsd 3.45.
    Thanks for your time!

For your power goals stick with stock M50 parts, you gonna be just fine. I would not bother spending money on ARP studs as well.
350-450cc injectors + walbro 255lph for cheap power.
I would recommend investing in a real engine management though. Link G4X or MaxxECU.
Stock clutch is a no go, get a stronger pressure plate i.e. example Sachs Performance. 168 diff won't last long time either.
    E30 325i '90 - M50B25 stock + ARP + HX52 + E85 = 651WHP

    -Update-
    Laimis thanks for your reply,
I have been reading through the forums and doing some parts research.
I will try to do things as budget friendly as possible, me and some mates will work on the car during summer and until then I will be gathering parts. The car is properly maintained on every aspect
    Planned setup list:
    -Gt3582r replica .63
    -Quality turbo lines
    -Chinese 24v manfiold
-Probalby 3inch downpipe splitted to dual pipes (55mm) no cats
-Universal intercooler setup (2.5inch from turbo 2.5 inch to 3 intake side)
    -Walbro 255lph
    -Genuine 440cc bosch injectors
    -Speeduino ECU
    -44mm Tial rep wastegate
    -50mm Tial rep BOV
Such setup will cost around 2.000..
M50b25nv stock motor paired to a Gertag 250 (stock new clutch) to a 3.45 lsd
What is your thoughts concerning boost? Will the motor be safe around 6-8 psi on stock HG and stock studs? Aiming around +,-300hp crank for now.
Future plans include proper clutch setup or even swap for a stronger trans, Meth kit and ARP studs.
Any advice on parts and setup will be highly appreciated. Main concern is not blowing up the motor!
