HELP$$$ money to whoever can install INPA/Toolset32 to my windows 10 64 bit.

willing to pay if we could set up a screen share and walk me through the steps, wayyyyyy to much conflicting info on how to set up, i dont understand how to on a 64 bit windows 10 . YES i understand you have to trick the cp into going into windows 7 but thats where i get lost . If anybodys in the sarasota / bradenton / st.pete area with toolset32 already set up ORRR knows another way of resetting the ELV counter PLLEASEEEE message me asap!!!! cars been parked for three weeks , its a damn shame.
