Window replacement

I have a couple of questions. I came out the other morning and noticed that the drivers side window of my 1998 740iL had shattered as if something hard had hit it. Looking at the glass it doesn't show an impact point and reviewing my security camera's confirms that nothing hit the window. Has anyone else ever seen this happen? 2nd question - I've replaced windows on a number of cars over the years but not in the 740. Its can be done easily by one person. Two people wouldnt hurt.

Just got around to replacing the window and I have to say it was much easier than other cars I've done. And can be done by just 1 person.
