I am still looking for a nylon brown one to match the tan leatherette seats/inner door panel.
Still looking for this nylon brown piece that sits at the top of the passenger side armrest.
Find an ‘83 with tan door cards and handle. I just picked up a 1983 E21 with than interior today and the entire passenger handle is ONE piece! It still has the chrome insert to cover the screw but otherwise is all one piece...

There were quite a few differences between early and late interiors, including dash (I believe 10/79 is a cut off mfg. date). My MY 81 has one piece passenger handle/armrest, it sounds like the OP is looking for a pre 1981 part. BMW also changed interior colors at the same time, early tan is very different from late tan.
My vehicle is an 80, 06/80 manufacturing date.
I have one available. Reply with your email address and I can send you pictures.

I have one as well, but I think it's darker than what you are looking for.

Sorry to threadjack, but it's kind of relevant..
I'm missing the screw holding the silver-plastic top piece for the passenger door handle.
Looking up the part number in REALOEM is a little confusing however, the description is
Csk.lenshead screw ST3,9X19 1 07119902243
From the description "lens head screw" I would expect one with a flat bottom on the head, like a pan-head. However, the linked photo appears to show something more like a wood screw or oval-head screw.
Can anyone confirm for me what the proper screw looks like?

Is this an early or late model? '77-'79 or '80-83?
My car is a '78.
That looks like a flat-head sheet metal screw. Do you want someone who has one to take measurements so you can find one compareable at the hardware store? I'm not sure what 9X19 means because if it is 9mm diameter and 19mm long that is a fat screw, so i don't think it is 9mm diameter.
It's "3,9" aka 3.9mm by 19 mm long. Given that it's going into plastic, I can see a wood screw thread, but I was doubtful about the shape of the head.
What I was asking for is if anyone could remove the screw and post a photo of it, to confirm or deny whether it matches the photo from the website.
I'm pretty certain, whatever it looks like, I probably have several in my parts stash, and just don't know what I'm looking for.

Here it is. Like you said, 3.9 mm in diameter, the threads. Overall length is 20 mm, a little over 20 mm. And it is an "oval head" almost like a flat head but rounded on top a little. Definitely not a pan head.
thank you !
