My e30 is blowing out alot of blue smoke from the exhaust, I think it would be the oil control rings that are shot? Also smokes alot when engine brakeing. https://youtu.be/hIMrQctcW3s
Maybe. It could also be the head. Worn valve guides and/or bad seals can allow oil into the cylinders. Look into doing both a compression and leakdown tests.

Was thinking of that but it doesnt smoke at all on startup, thought valve seals would do that. And i'll have to do those checks for sure.
I would lean towards valve stem seals, i heard that they can fail or be problematic or what have you.
But typical checks are required before anything (compression and leak down).
Cyl #3 seems to be dead https://youtu.be/Oj3WSBV0xn0
I am really considering just doing a m50 swap at this point
your spark plugs will have lots of deposits on them if you are burning oil. that will tell you which cylinders are having an issue with oil
No e30s again.
Only 35psi in one of the cylinders, 170 in others, yikes
Ruh roh
No e30s again.
