Language changing and screen settings are not saving

Hi,

For a few days I have been a new user of the BMW X3 I changed from VW and the brand BMW is a new one to me. After a few days of using it, I noticed a strange thing.
I have a factory screen, in the settings I have a choice of German, English and French. I set English language and the screen not to be split but full, it works ok. Next I turn the ignition off, the display closes, I turn the ignition on again, the display opens and these settings return to the previous ones (German language and a split screen) Radio stations or the date saved by me are remembered, navigation works.
I also noticed that after removing all errors in ISTA, two that may be related to it, return:
"0030 GM: K bus: data transmission disturbed" and
"A468 CID: Cable break to MASK or NAVI".
Moreover I can not connect to bluetooth (the phone does not see the car).

Has anyone met with something like this? And the second question, does anyone know if optical fiber was installed in X3?

Subject to be closed. It turned out that the navigation computer is defective. After replacing with a new (used) one, the problem disappeared.
