Any exhaust shop should be able to sell you some of them. Otherwise just search for online exhaust/muffler shops.

Oddly, ECS Tuning seems to have p/n 18301716888, and non-BMW variants of the gasket are available from several vendors under $10 each.

I think the part is specific to BMW? every one I find is 2.5'' three and it needs to be 2'' three bolt.

I am looking for the metal flange not just a gasket

Search 2" 3 bolt exhaust flange on amazon/ebay. Tons of options. Get one with slotted holes if you're worried about the bolt PCD not making.
