For those that had their S54 pumps upgrades by VAC for the nut/shaft as well as the additional oil flow. Does it basically make your pump new? Trying to decide if it's worth sending in a new OEM S54 pump or say one with 100k miles. Seems like they change the shaft, sprocket, and internal impeller. Not sure what else could possibly be replaced/rebuilt.

I am a little surprised that the S54 OP does not have individual component part listed as available (in realoem.)
The S52 OP has the component parts listed.
Those components
Rotor, inner 11411748098
Rotor, outer 11411748100
are used in the S54 pump to increase the pump volume. The S54 OP housing cavity gets machined a bit deeper to accept these thicker components.
