Brown Ground wire?

So while I was replacing the odometer gears on my e30, a disconnected brown ground wire with a broken terminal was discovered. I am fairly certain this is a radio/antenna ground wire. My question is where or do what should I attach this brown ground wire? Not familiar with electronics in general.

Generally, where is the loose end of the wire?

Looks like it is coming down from the center of the dashboard. Has a broken Y terminal...what in general do ground wires attach to??

Probably a bolt on the steering column. There should be a few grounded there already.
