Trying to find 12v for camera in engine bay

Not dash cam. I already tap into rain sensor

I got one of them android 10.25 on my e85, got the rear camera installed, recently got the module to split the inputs for front and back camera.

Just need to find a place that I can power 12v for the front camera at the front bumper. Camera is those cheap thing from aliexpress with RCA and a red line for power.

I been looking for weeks but never found any good answers.

You’re looking for switched power. That is, power that’s there only when the ignition switch is in the run or start position. First question is how much current does the camera draw? There are plenty of switched power circuits under the hood but most are low current circuits. It might be better to run a wire from the dash through the firewall.

Yes, something something like this.. after market, they dont print amp but i found most camera 500ma/750ma.. under 1 amp. Thanks
