noise from rear while turning at low speeds

My E92 M3 has developed a "moaning" noise from the rear. Only happens while turning (L or R) at parking lot speeds (although it may be being drowned out by road/engine noise at higher speeds but I don't think so).
Consensus around here is a wheel bearing or diff bearing.
Looking for anyone else who's experienced this.

Differential lubrication? Theres a long article about bmw initially used one diff oil and then had to change to a different type due to noise generated when turning at low speed. It happened to me too. Mostly on wet smooth indoor parking surfaces
