The car quit responding to the remote locking a few months ago. I followed some posts here and found the fuse burned. A second one went, and again following posts here, I replaced the relay in the trunk. The remote has quit again (yes, checked the battery.)
Now, I'm not great with electronics, so I don't want to get into some long diagnosis, and with the car being 20 years old, can live with a manual lock if necessary.
My question is: is there anything else that's obvious and simple to address this problem? Thanks!
Unplug the fuel door release solenoid. They can short out which blows the fuse.
Put a new fuse it and see if it works.
Thanks, I'll try that.
What's a "CLU relay?"

Context tells me that it's the Central Locking Control Unit. Tangentially, I've been having lots of trouble with my remote locking recently, and this gives me a new path to go down. I had previously figured that it was just the remote being finicky.
