Hello everyone!
I have been without radio/cd sound for some time. After some investigation here and on the car, I found out that the connectors to the amplifier may be showing signs of humidity.

Still, I got that out with no problem. However, I cannot disconnect the second one:

Do you have any tips on how to get it out? I believe I'm supposed to squeeze the sides, but it won't budge... Could the humidity/oxidation have something to do with it?
Many thanks!

Welcome to the forum dass88.
I can’t get your links to work. OK, the www is missing.
Yes, squeeze the ends of the connector while you pull it up.
When I replaced my amp that 12 pin connector was very hard to pull out. Just keep pulling or get a pair of pliers to yank it out.

I have always had trouble with that connector. As others have suggested, just be persistent, perhaps trying pliers to assist in its removal.
I apply dielectric grease to the connectors before I reinstall the connector. Seems to help with subsequent removal.
