    The front Guide Supports p/n 31332227897 / 31332227898 fit the 1996+M3 thru 1999M3 .

The Lower Spring Pad p/n fits 1996+M3 thru 1999M3.
Bump Stops and Dust Shields are most likely common.

Not sure why you have the non-“M” Upper Spring Plate as it does not fit the MZ3 spring (AFAIK) -
The Upper Spring Plate p/n 31331135580 you cite fits the E36 318/323/325/328 as does the Upper Spring Pad.

Looks like you are right about the plates, not sure where I got that part number from! Oh well, they were $9/ea...

No worries, I'm taking out the old suspension tomorrow so I can confirm if it is the same plate. Most sources I've checked now say it does NOT fit the M as you mentioned before.

Z3M’s share the Upper Spring Plate, or spring ‘hat’ as some call it, with the E36M3.
Most of the front suspension is shared, FLCAs, FLCABs, Guide Supports, Upper/Lower Spring Pads, spring ‘hat’, Bump Stop, Dust Sleeve, Strut Tower reinforcement, plus hardware.
