F22 weird ticking noise when unlocking car

Hi, just like in title.
I've been starting to have weird fast ticking noise when unlocking the car.
I've looked for similar threads, and everything is pointing out to Valvetronic Eccentric Shaft Actuator
I'm wondering if anyone had similiar issue and if changing actuator fixed it? thanks

Also kicking in check engine light with 2 codes:

135808 - Valvetronic servomotor position sensors, electrical: malfunction
135A08 - Valvetronic servomotor position sensors, signal: not plausible
