New old stock housing for the HVAC system. NLA from BMW, don't see those come up often. Might be useful for the E31 folks too.

Found this here near Denver, CO. Looks to be in great shape, asking too high of a price though IMO. Has Beyern wheels.

Super clean, low miles, 2 owners. I wouldn't take less than $8k for my 740, so to me this is fairly priced. Markets are going up, we hit rock bottom depreciation a few years ago...
I guess the 1500 bucks for mine even non running was a good deal lol
It was a very good deal indeed. I think this car is worth 10 grand if it was maintained very well. If maintenance is just a quick wash and an oil change... then it's overpriced.
I bought my 735iL with 90k on it for 3000$ in 2018. I spent 4000$ on maintenance and repairs so far. Is it a 7000$ car? I don't know... maybe
All I know is that it's way cheaper than a stupid car payment (never again) and a fun hobby. Money well spent

mine has 205k she runs like brand new now after much aggravation lol!!! my parts car cost me 500 the condition of the body and interior as well as the carfax showed me mine was loved. 28 year old car is going to need things to get it back . besides fluids and filters I've needed very little money to get it running again and that I'm thankful for !!! I've wanted this car since I was 15 and truth be told no matter what I can get for it she's home for good
I’ll add one more data point, my old 750il just sold for atleast $6400. That was the prebid number, I was not able to view the final sale price. That is more than I sold the car for, uncrashed and with a clean title.
And Cactuar, I hope you don’t; but if you ever did, sell your car, it would be worth every penny you put into it, and more. The fact that you’ve now got extensive documentation behind it, and it’s a beautiful car; what’s more to ask?

I guess with those prices Im glad I got mine when I did !!!! I love this car but there is 3 feet of snow outside my house right now so its gonna be a little while till I take her out again !!!! I will take the opportunity to replace the front end components this week
Agree with others -- 10k for that 740 up there isn't a bad buy at all. I probably should have gotten back in to the E32 scene a year or two ago. I feel like I sold my last E32 at the bottom of the curve. It is really depressing to think just how little money I got for it....Sadly, I think it was parted out. Has anyone seen a black/tan 1994 740/6 around? I believe the buyer then resold to someone in Illinois.
I picked up my new 750 for 4900, it needed quite a bit though -- fuel pump, intake manifold resealing, etc. Interior is in fantastic shape, which is one of the most critical things I had. Plus it has an unusual color combo.

Hello fellow rabbit hole riders,
In my searches I find myself finding things that may be at good prices and wondering what I should pick up when I see it.
What parts are rare enough and NLA that you must buy when you find it but don't exactly need it at the moment?
For instance... any of the computer modules(LKM, CCM, DME, EML) worth purchasing when available and/or what is
"Must Have" backups?

Depending on your budget as these things age and more of them are going to the crusher wouldn’t be a bad idea to stock up if the price is right and it’s a trusted seller no sense in buying a dme and need it a year down the road only to put it in and find out it’s bad my outlook on the things I saved from my know running parts car either I’ll need it in the future because this car is here to stay or I may be able to help a fellow forum member in the future because everybody here has been instrumental in helping me get this car working again so a pay it forward if you will
Good deal on a crash sensor. New old stock but it doesn't seem to be leaking. https://www.ebay.ca/itm/BMW-E32-E34-...temCondition=3

Great looking 735iL in Ontario Canada. It has a body kit of some kind (Zender?).
High miles (200k).

Can you get all that in a new Altima 😂
They featured that same car on BaT. It was on Craigslist for $15k. Wonder what's up with it.
