BTW- I noticed recently that W&N now carries (what looks like) exactly the seat fabric I was searching so hard for earlier this year!

Thats honestly not a bad price, I do upholstery as part of my work and i just ordered 4 yards at $120 a yard for alcantara at wholesale for a Boat project. Quality fabric that you will to last is not cheap, you get what you pay for with fabric.

Yea Im with pofo. If you think about the time/cost/effort to reupholster a seat, getting the fabric you want is pretty important. At $120 a seat... thats not terrible right? Or can a yard get you 2 seats?

Its not like you will reupholster again in your lifetime (most of us anyways, garaging our cars).

Fabric cost is penny's compared to labor cost, The labor will always be the same if you use cheap fabric or high quality fabric. Pay once and do it right
