I'm considering buying a 2017 330xi w/M Sport suspension listed in the build but w/o the primarily cosmetic full M Sport package. The wheel/tire combo is 18" w/all season run flats. I've read that the basic M Sport suspension option is simply a slightly stiffer (in each driving mode) and slightly lowered version of the stock suspension. If anyone can confirm or deny from first hand experience, I would be grateful. That question overloaded a BMW Guru, and he's resting quietly at home. The standalone MS suspension option is obviously not an adaptive suspension, so my worry is winding up with a harsh riding or jittery daily driver that I would want to ditch. I want the car to be as controlled as possible on crappy northeast secondary roads, but those roads are in unstressed (good) summer condition now and not a worst-case test. The car won't ever see the track. TIA!
