    Removing folding seat back.

    Anyone have any tricks for removing the rear seat backs with out damage?

    Fold seats down to reveal the brackets holding the hinges in the center spot where the sections split. There is a hex bolt in there that needs to be removed and then you can lift the seat backs out. I believe it’s a H4 or H5 not sure. Be careful as the heads seem to strip quite easily. Hope that helps.

    Yep you have to fold them down. +1 on easy to strip bolts

    I've done it a couple of times no issues. I'd describe it as tricky but not difficult. Hex meaning hex socket, AKA Allen bolt.
