M4 stuck in TPM malfunction

My M4 resumes to reset its TPM system. The car has only had occasional use the last 36 months or so and has been served twice for this issue. BMW has said it will correct itself with more driving, but it has not. I have taken the car on 150 mile trips and the TPM still will not reset - it starts but the meter, that used to go from 0% to 100%, is stuck at 0%.

Any ideas why? Car is a 2016 M4 convertible with 20,000 miles. Tires were champed once, but the TPM worked fine after the new tires were installed for many months of moderate driving. It certainly feels like the issue relates to non-use.

You need to keep driving it until the battery inside the TPMS is charged up.
