I have a 2006 BMW325i. Air bag light goes off at random times, I can clear it with the Creator OBDII programmer / scanner, and it will stay off for a while, but will come back on at random times.
What is needed to fix this ? I've heard the terminals on the air bag, some part on the seat belt, but not sure.
thanks in advance,
What is the code that you are getting? No need to shoot in the dark here if you can post up the code.
Also with any airbag system, you just cannot splice wires, you will need to replace the wire or harness as a whole.

Without a list of codes and code descriptions nobody can help you. It's probably some issue with resistance or a short in a wire. You may have to inspect or re-pin terminals. You can look at live resistance data and wiggle connectors, but that's as specific as anyone can get without codes.
