My much-loved 330x Sportwagon is getting on toward the end of its warranty, as am I.
Looking forward to an M240x auto (wife can't shift for herself, and the auto is arguably better anyway). My cars are all weather propositions, hence the x Drive, and a set of Blizzaks to come.
Figuring on one more fairly rorty car before resigning myself to codgermobiles.
Won't be doing something 'till next year, but trying to get the ducks in a row.
Are M240s particularly hard to come by? My dealer rarely has a 2 series at all, but that may just be demand.
Secondly, I'm thinking of performance summer tires, non-runflat. Really don't like the runflats anyway, and presume the non-runflats at least come with a donut.
Are the summer tires truly preferable to the all seasons? The carzines feel they are; what say the group?
Finally, this will be a daily driver; does the M240 fill that role well?
Thnx in advance,
Dan
240s were so rare around my area that I ended up getting a M2, which was also rare.
