Xbox Error Code 0x9b100041

Does anyone know what the error code 0x9b100041 means on Xbox one? When I was trying to play Oblivion and this error popped up.
I have done a hard reset, uninstalled and reinstalled the game but nothing worked.
Any ideas how to solve the problem?

I resolved this issue by shutting down the Xbox, restarting it, then ejecting the disc and cleaning it well.

Perform a logout for all users who have logged on to the Xbox One console:


Click the Xbox button to open a guide, and then select Login.
Select the profile you want to login to the console.
Select Exit.
Repeat these steps for each profile you login to the console.
Log into your Xbox profile, and then try opening the application again.
