New to board-a couple of questions

I’ve had a love affair with the 6 since I first rode in one in 1985. Got a red 85 auto in early 90s but just didn’t whett the appetite. So sold it and a few years later got 85 5spd dark gray- car drove so good-had to buy another 86 red 5spd 110m miles my first question is - best way to sell- bat ,eBay or other the 86
2nd question. Bought another car for parts 87 L6- blk with lotusweis/white interior and still have comfort seats in decent shape except for 5 inch split in seam where I put a knee to get at something- would someone be interested in those. Thanks for your help Tom

The best sales venue really depends on the car. I've seen lots of sales on eBay, sold a couple BMWs there myself, but Hemmings has classifieds, I've also seen lots of sales on BringATrailer.com or BarnFinds.com, must get some decent exposure there. I'm not a fan of Facebook Marketplace, but it seems to work for a lot of people.

Be quick if you're planning on selling it at eBay - they're getting rid of automotive sales with a new 'managed payments' system they're forcing on sellers. Automotive Parts & Accessories will still be available, but used cars sales are going away. eBay has insisted that it's temporary, but I'd assume the worst.
