    Cleaning out cowel scuttle drains

Does anyone have any idea how to unclog the drains to left and right of the windshield 4 series 430i xdrive 2017 convertible? I can’t Access the area, I can see the leaves/crap, but can’t seem to get my hand into the area!

Long nozzle on a shop vac. Compressed air (makes quite a mess). For a real cleaning, remove the inner fender splash panels and get the junk out of the inside. There is a drain duct with a thin rubber flap that can become blocked.

It's a genuine PITA - how on earth did they design it so that it could fill up quite so easily???!!! Took me an hour to do both sides of my wifes car yesterday -a little handheld vacuum, a bigger household vacuum, scuffed knuckles, dirt everywhere and I clean them out twice a year.
