Foxwell scanners, another question

I was wondering if anybody know what is exactly the difference between Foxwell BMW specific scanners (such as NT530, formerly 510 and 420) with Foxwell multi car scanners who also cover BMW cars(such as NT650 Elie)?
I have written them couple of times and have not heard anything. I guess this customer service alone is an indication of not to buy the product!

Just purchased a Multi System Foxwell NT510 Elite for $129 just for a BMW and the customer service said there all kinds of combinations that you can buy. I feel for you because I had the hardest time getting this scanner. It was the cheapest one I could find. As for use on a Ford I will need to purchase additional software for about $60.
